4. Equipment.

5. Indemnification and Reservation of Rights.

8. Special Admonitions for International Use.
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data, e-mail, or privacy. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
9. Dealings with Third Parties.
Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any third party found on or through the Site, regarding the payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. CSS Frameworks -
You are free to use them in a commercial project.
You are free to modify the framework’s to your pleasure; on that note; in the event you feel that you have made a huge improvement to the framework - for example; In the Typography Framework; you have added the Liberation Font’s in the event the end user may not have Times New Roman installed and you feel that Liberation Serif is a better alternative than just Serif; You could contact us and submit the change; we will decide whether or not to add it to the framework; and will credit you in the framework’s change log.
You are NOT free to sell the framework - On that note, yes you may use it in a commercial project; but you may not sell the framework from this site alone to other designer’s and/or sites for a fee; UNLESS you have altered the framework to the point; that we can considered it to be original, which in the event you do so; you must show us the alter framework to approve of it.
